With the approval and funding from the Federal Republic of Germany and Vietnam, the Wiwat 3 Project is located in the Viwat Mekong Project with the content \"Integrated technology to protect surface water and groundwater resources in the Mekong Delta\" with the main task is to research and develop adaptive and sustainable technological solutions and management solutions to protect land and water resources as well as develop protection schemes.
